In brief: Normal, not STD

Enterococcus is a normal bacteria in everyone's intestinal tract and often the genital area.
Finding it in the vagina is not abnormal. It is not sexually transmitted, and anyway your husband already has enterococcus in his intestines and perhaps genital area.
