May reverse. Avoid all leaning on elbow, and be protective. Take a daily B-100 complex. Also, try OTC ibuprofen or Aleve (naproxen) three times daily. If no rapid improvement over next 10-14 days, see your physician. This is likely to be temporary, but hard to predict.
