Mri on back, 2 lower bulging discs. Pain from all activities, including PT. Swimming not an option. Anything else i can do to help strengthen?

If you have pain from all activities, there just is not much you can do to help strengthen.
However, one of the safest and easiest method to stay strong is to walk. Laying in bed is actually very harmful for the back unless you have just had an acute back attack. But as soon as you can and as much as you can, walk and try to stay in shape.
