Have tiny growth at edge of eyelid where eye lashes grow. Like a wart. Had this for years. Does not bother me. It seem to have grown a tiny bit. Still a size half of rice grain. No change in color. Any concern for worry?

In brief: Probably not

Probably a skin tag or papilloma.
If it hasn't grown, it's probably benign but the only way to know is to remove and send it to pathology just to make sure it's not a basal cell or squamous cell carcinoma. If it bothered you enough to ask about it after all these years, you probably want to see an eye doctor for a more definitive answer and some peace of mind.
