What do you when you find that you have 2 medium lumps on your spinal area?

See your doctor. The lump in the spinal area (assuming superficial lump) may be simply a lipoma (mass of fat), which is a benign tumor that can be removed surgically, if the lump was discovered by radiological means, has irregular border, is increasing in size, is painful, and changes color it should further evaluated by your doctor.
Probably get checked. This sounds like something that someone would need to see and examine to figure out. Could be a lipoma or sebaceous cyst (both benign) or several other things, so i'd start with your primary care doctor and go from there.
