The skin on my buttox is very bad I get acne and when the spot goes a purple mark remains, there are lots of purple pink dots on there, what should I do?

While it's not a common area to get acne, it can occur there.
Sweating can plug up the oil glands in the skin of the buttocks causing this problem. Use an acne wash, apply an otc benzoyl peroxide cream on it twice daily and stop eating nuts and peanut butter. Also cut out all chocolate, and reduce the milk, cheese, and dairy intake. See a dermatologist if it doesn't improve.
