I have 3 boys that are ADHD. The two younger boys, just start taking focalin (dexmethylphenidate) 10mg & 1 mg Intuniv. One of the boys, has already got in trouble since us?

Not a cure all. ADHD is tough to treat both as a physician and as a parent. The medicine helps with concentration- mostly to learn at school and to complete chores/homework. However, this medicine does not stop behaviors like acting out, talking back or generally getting in trouble. Hang in there- the medicines take a few days to kick in and if there are not any improvements in grades then revisit the diagnosis http://www.webmd.com/add-adhd/childhood-adhd/features/adhd-child-discipline.
