In brief: Common problem

Eyelid twitching (myokymia) is a common and largely unexplained problem. It usually goes away on its own but sometimes this takes 3-4 weeks.
Occasionally, taking some calcium supplements seems to help shorten the episode.

Also, are you getting enough sleep? Sometimes, particularly in times of stress, the twitching might improve with adequate rest. Hope that helps.

or fasciculation is benign but annoying, usually from fatigue, stress or even low serum potassium levels.
There is no easy answer for stress related side effects except to become mentally disciplined to resist stress. Look at it this way, your body has a barometer or gauge to help warn when to relax.

In brief: Relax

May be fatigue, lack of sleep, anxiety.
No calcium or any other supplement will help this. If you feel very tense, seek professional help.
