In brief: Likely nerve related

Low back/hip pain can radiate to the foot due to a nerve compression, entrapment or injury.
L4/L5 is a very common area that can also give tingling and nerve sensations on the top of the big toe due to L5. Proper diagnosis and treatment options by a Specialist in person are essential for correct healing and preventing further damages.
