Hi I was wondering is it okiee to not eat for 3 days just to try to lose wieght?

No! you should never stop eating just to lose weight.
This is not an effective nor healthy way to go about this. Weight lost due to starvation will come right back. If you want to lose weight, you must do it properly. Cut calories (not completely!) and exercise! this is the only way to lose weight and keep it off!
