Sore throat, swollen glands & red swollen tonsils. No white patches, no fever or stuffy nose. Allergies? What should I do?

See a doctor. Better see your doctor given your description, you may very well have strep throat or just just viral infection, keep salt water gargles and pain killers, if needed, till you see your doctor. Allergies usually don't cause such symptoms, good luck.

However, your glands may stay enlarged for a little bit while your body gets rid of what is seems to be a virus. Read more...
