In brief: NO

"Allergic dermatitis" is not a complete diagnosis.
Treatment depends on the diagnosis, which you do not have or neglect to define. Allergy shots are useless for skin disorders.

In brief: Probably

Not as strongly effective as with airways allergies, need to be prescribed and monitored by an expert, an allergist, in selected patients, after controlling the environment and trial of other modalities, and control of symptoms, good luck

For inside airborne allergens (dust mainly) consider buying and using a good HEPA filter. For your mattress and pillows, there are special tightly woven cases made.
