It a right thigh muscle twitch above my knee (going on a week) cause for concern? I have no leg weakness or other symptoms that I know of at all.

Persistent muscle twitching can be due to overuse of the muscle, or irritation of the nerve going to that muscle.
If there was no unusual activity to provoke it , there may be irritation of the nerves that go to the leg which come from the low back. You may need imaging of the spine.
