I have heel pain on the right side of my left heel. Hurts even when resting. It's on the bone so doesn't seem like plantar fasciitis. What could it be?

In brief: Varies

There are a number of other possibilities, the more common of which include tarsal tunnel syndrome, a calcanesl stress fracture, a tendinitis of the Achilles' tendon to name a few.
Don't hesitate to be seen for an accurate diagnosis.
