Can alcohol reverse the benefits of exercise?

How much is the? Moderate alcohol consumption for a male (1-3 drinks/day) or female (1-2 drinks) per day will not negate the befits of exercise and will help your lipid panel by increasing hdl, or good cholesterol. Drinking more than this will adversely effect you! don't drink beer. Dry wine or vodka or whiskey. Too may calories in beer-carbs!
Well..... I agree with dr. Namey. Just remember that you are replacing the calories burned through exercise with poor quality carb calories.
