If an endoscopy found mild chronic gastritis (neg h.pylori) yrs ago, and I rarely have symptoms, do I need to keep getting endos to check for cancer?

Routine screening for stomach cancer is indicated if you are more than 50 yrs old and have gastric atrophy (from decades of chronic gastrititis) or pernicious anemia (B12 deficiency).
