Think I have ASMR. Get tingly feeling in arms, legs, head when rubbed, massaged, Can ASMR produce/stimulate extra GH & cause 40 YO to grow in height?

In brief: ASMR controversial

1st of all, the ASMR phenomenon (Autonomic Sensory Meridian Response) is debated as to whether or not it exists.
It was described in 2007 in the context of a finger tracing the head, but mostly it is thought of as a relaxation response to certain AUDIOVISUAL stimulation (not touch). Secondly, if ASMR exists, it's very poorly studied, so no claim regarding growth hormone (GH) or height is possible.
