In brief: Wheezing 8 months

Likely a viral infection called bronchiolitis.
This usually doesn't respond to medications and the care is symptomatic. Nasal suction, elevation, and avoid dry and hot environments. If your baby is working hard to breath or is feeding poorly, have her/him seen. There are other causes of wheezing such as reflux or structural problems which should be ruled out. All the best.
