It's possible. it is certainly possible if one's acid reflux results in aspiration of stomach acid or stomach contents, to get long infiltrates and lung irritation. Pneumonia is even possible in more extreme circumstances. If you feel you are aspirating due to reflux, see your doctor. Good luck.
