My mother has calcification in her cardiac valve and hypertension, she will have myocardial perfusion scintigraphy with medicine. Is it dangerous?

In brief: Stress test

A myocardial perfusion scan tests the blood supply to the heart muscle.
A small needle is inserted into a vein but otherwise this is a noninvasive test. If done in a properly equipped and staffed facility it is a very safe test. The risk may be a bit higher if there is severe calcific aortic valve stenosis.
