I've got a fever blister will it cause me to get Bell's palsy worried ?

In brief: Unlikely

These two things are generally unrelated.
Have you had fever blisters/cold sores before? It would be unusual for an adult in their late thirties to have one for the first time. Bell's Palsy is often a manifestation of Lyme disease and there are a few other associated causes. It's unlikely your current cold sore will result in Bell's Palsy. I hope you feel a bit more at ease. Best Wishes!
