Had a lot of head CTs (7-8) & CTAs (2) due to TIA / stroke symptoms over the years and injuries associated to illness. Scared of brain cancer.

In brief: Induced Ca unlikely

I worry more about history of "TIA/stroke" and "injury" in a 38 yo.
Radiation risk for the listed studies is well under 1 in 500 or so and "brain cancer" is even less likely. MRI is a great test for the brain and vessels as there is no ionizing radiation, BUT you must be able to have the test. For example no metal shavings in your eye from an injury and no unstable implanted ferrous metal.
