How do u drink apple cider vinegar to help clean the kidneys or is it even true?

Urban myth... ...or you could call it an old wives' tale. Drinking cider or any other vinegar, or any acid, won't do anything to "clean the kidneys" or otherwise help your health. If you like the taste, feel free (in moderation). Otherwise find a drink that tastes better!
