In brief: Memory loss rare but

possible with zoloft, (sertraline) steroids, metrogel.
More common in conditions treated by zoloft: anxiety, depression, menopause. Timing of occurrence relevant to medications and conditions may suggest which if not all are contributing. Improve memory: stay mentally active, socialize regularly, get organized, sleep well, eat healthy, get physical. Consult prescriber if problematic. Best regards for relief.

In brief: Rare

It is very rare that such low dose of Sertraline could cause memory loss, on the other hand because of dose being low and almost negligent, Ok to get off and check if your cognitive sx's improve.
If not, explore other reasons towards forgetfulness, perimenaupausal?, check hormone levels and other sx of depression.
