In brief: Varies

Ibs usually does not directly cause leg pain, but a percentage of patients with ibs can have an associated inflammatory arthritis which can cause back and leg pain.
Don't hesitate to be seen and evaluated.

In brief: It isn't common

to have back and/or leg pain associated with Irritable Bowel Syndrome, but it has certainly been reported.
Theorized mechanisms include bowel spasm with slowed transit of stool leading to low grade bowel obstruction. Due to the proximity of nerves in the back and to the legs, swelling or dysfunction of bowel may contribute to pain. Effective treatment of IBS should help all. Good wishes:)
