I have some skin irritation. I think it's allergies but I'm not sure. Skin is very dry. What should I do?

In brief: Skin care

Skin irritation due to dry skin in winter is common, not necessarily being allergic or atopic.
Bathe with cream soap, pat your skin dry, moisturize right away when it is still damp, you will feel the difference, do it with every bath, preferably every night, you can then apply a thin film of OTC hydrocotisone cream 1% on the really affected areas, except your face, if needed, good luck
