Warts or herpes? Neither yeast nor BV would cause a "cluster of bumps". If they are more or less permanent -- i.e. unchanged after more than a few days -- it could be genital warts. Get seen. you need to be seen, the "tag" needs to be seen and maybe biopsied. you need to see someone for the yeast infection too. go to a gyne (not just urgent care because of the skin tag like thing)...it can be infection or it could be nothing or something you need help with. Read more...
