In brief: Tubal reversal?

To get an accurate answer to whether tubal reversal is possible would require a review of the actual technique used for the btl.
Your tubes may have been burned but usually not completely. The more damage and the older you are the lower the success rate from reversal. Not every doc can perform reversal surgery. Ivf is often a better option and not more expensive. See fertility expert.

In brief: IVF or reversal

After you have your tubes tied there are options to get pregnant.
Some people choose to have a tubal reversal. Others will skip this step and go straight to in vitro fertilization.

In brief: Probably

Even with cautery type tubals most can be reversed.
A careful look at the operative report gives more information. Without that it is up in the air and only laparoscopy would give the answer. Since the procedure can be done with laparoscopy, the answer and the procedure could be done at the same time.
