Have a yeast infection that didn't respond to oral fluconazole and started on terconazole. I had immediate relief, but now on Day 4 of 7 I am worse?

In brief: Azole resistance?

A few percent of yeast infections are resistant to all "azole" drugs, so no surprise that both terconazole and fluconazole apparently haven't worked.
Or perhaps you have something other than (or in addition to) a yeast infection. Stop all treatment and see a doctor or clinic for diagnosis and probably alternative treatment. Good luck!
