I'm Post-op L foot bunionextomy 7mo. Still Have numbness/stiff/sore in toe area. & L leg a constant pain/ache right above knee on inside thigh area?

Ask if Normal! Recovering from a bunionectomy is based on many factors that can vary from patient to patient and even surgeon to surgeon. The important point to remember is that as the postoperative weeks go by, you should be enjoying improvement in your wound condition. Less swelling, less pain, less stiffness and less numbness not more. Prolonged symptoms can cause a change in mechanics causing new symptoms.

6mo post-op bunionectomy. Big toe is still a little swollen and the incision area is numb/tingly-I get same feeling up my leg as well (sometimes).?

Thats normal. The numbness and the edema continues for sometime up to a year. Keep the toe compress to milk out the edema. Massage the toe with analgesic cream to loosen the scar tissue. Read more...
Possible neuropathy. At 6 months post operatively I would say that one possible cause for your symptoms would be neuropathy. You may benefit from some bloodwork and/or a visit with a neurologist. However, I would first check with the surgeon who did the procedure and see what the "swelling" is all about and to be sure your thyroid is up to snuff.
