Can this be used the other way around if tioconazole failed can I immediately use miconazole ?

All the "azole" drugs (miconazole, tioconazole, terconazole, clotrimazole, fluconazole and others) have the same activity against candida and vaginal yeast infections, and some yeasts are resistant to all azoles.
