I suffer from anxiety and I will travel, I feel a burning sensation in the lower back, can be anxiety ?! Just keep thinking about it, I can not relax.

High anxiety or travel anxiety can contribute or trigger lower back pain or burning sensation, specially if you have a previous history of lubmar spine degenerative process or disc herniation (discopathy) For longer travel , over 8 hrs I recommend Triazolam.
