No leukocytes in multiple urinalyses but group b strep in urine culture. Some pelvic pressure/burning. Drs won't treat - say uti would show leukocytes?

In brief: GBS can cause UTI

Group B strep can cause UTI.
If the culture was properly collected (i.e. a good "clean catch" specimen), and especially if more than one culture has been positive and/or you have typical UTI symptoms, treatment usually would be prescribed. UTI usually shows elevated urinary leukocytes, but there probably are exceptions. Maybe seek consult with a specialist, e.g. infectious diseases. Good luck!

I would treat this given your symptoms. GBS is super easy to kill, penicillin will do it.
