I have 80% crenated red blood cells in urine. Is this means it is a renal source or it also be from bladder. Micro hematuria for more than 6 yrs?

Hematuria. defirmed red blood cells in urine usually suggest that the source of the blood are the kidneys .
See urology . The red cells in your urinary tract can be from any source along the entire urinary system. The only way to know why you have hematuria is to look for causes like infection, stones or bladder irregularities. The cells are "crenated" or shaped irregularly due to either the concentrated urine they were in, or handling/technique when placed under the microscope. The shape is diagnostically useless.
Usually renal. Usually renal source see Nephrologist for diagnose and treatment .
