I have hemihypertrophy on my right leg. One lump on knee two on right side of leg. Searing pain in calf plus pitting edema in ankle. Is this urgent?

Could be serious. Hemihypertrophy can mean a difference in length of the leg as well as girth of the leg. If you have suddenly noticed a difference in girth with searing calf pain and pitting edema, you need to go to the ER immediately because of the possibility of a blood clot. I believe in playing it safe since failure to treat could have devastating consequences.
Pain. I am uncertain as to what you are describing but if this is of recent onset and the pain is as reported you should go to an ER or urgent care to be evaluated.
Yes. searing pain in calf requires a clot to be ruled out. If you must, you need an ER visit.

I have pitting edema + 2 to bilateral lower extremities. High LDL of 433 and I tend to have more swelling in my right leg. Could it be a clot?

It might lead to one. This appears to be a result of congestive heart failure/ fluid retention. This is usually in people in their sixth decade of life (50-60). However you've a high LDL and so there is likely an increased risk of heart disease. The edema is not a sign of a clot by itself, but the pressure on the vessels of your legs can cause one by venous stasis, etc.. Please see your doctor soon for therapy. Read more...

Edema. Edema in lower extremities comes from interplay of many factors - protein content of blood, hydrostatic pressure induced by gravity, the state of valves in veins, the amount of circulating fluid in bloodstream and the degree of competency of lymphatic system. If any of these - or a combination of these- is a bit off you get swelling. Might expect swelling worse on r but this might not happen. Read more...
Needs testing. Pitting edema happens when too much fluid leaks out of blood vessels into the tissues. There can be issues from the kidneys not working well to problems with the liver or heart. Sometimes doing something like eating too much salt can push that system out of balance. It takes a physical exam and lab testing to figure out what isn't working right. Read more...
