Atenolol primarily a renal excretion. Taking w NSAIDS can be problem with affecting the kidneys. One rising causes of renal disease is NSAIDS (Non-Steroidal Anti-inflam meds like Aleve and Motrin). Thus Nsaids & Tylenol can impose a problem. But, there are Beta-Blockers which are either Liver excreted or Liver & renal, thus choice of a different med for migrains may help. Discuss w pharmacist.
