In brief: Maybe food poisoning

Here is what i tell people, especially those ill during travel: make a list from the past 24 hours of what was eaten or drunk, where it was served, who prepared it and how.
That provides clues as to what might have caused the diarrhea. If symptoms persist or worsen, the list will be helpful for the doctor when you speak with him or her.

In brief: Bowel issues?

Agree with dr. Yoder. Food poisoning can be caused by foods eaten several days before the symptoms.
Other possibilities can include diverticulitis, ischemic bowel (poor blood flow to segment of gut), appendicitis, inflammatory bowel. See your doc if continues. No relief? Fever? Bleeding? Vomiting too? Bladder/back symptoms? Anything else? See your doc asap or er.
