Cholecystectomy clips seen in right upper abdomen in lumber X ray taken 4 years after gall bladder removal. No symptoms. Any problem?

Expected finding. Clips related to prior surgeries are frequently seen on follow up imaging done for other reasons and usually of only incidental note.
No. We routinely see it after cholecystectomy.
No problem. When original approach t GB employed, syxtic and cystic artery were free tied. Now with either open or laparoscopic procedure, clips are employed. These are non reactive , usually titanium which cause no inflammation and rarely dislodge. Even then there are no associated complications. It is now considered normal to see vascular clips on a scan of an operative site.
