Keep getting a large floater in my vision it comes and goes and isn't perminate. It's black and sometimes white and I get little flashes.

Checkup. You are probably correct identifying this mobile spot in you vision as a floater. It's a good idea, however, to have you eyes examined to reassure that it is normal. Sometimes conditions arise that can cause increases in floaters that may need to be treated, such as a retinal tear. The flashes of light that you're experiencing may indicate that the retina is being tugged on by separating floaters .
