However, if you had sex w/o making your partner wear a condom, then you're at risk for sexually transmitted diseases. Hi, usually if you had sex during Fertile time which is usually 11-16 days prior to the next period you could get pregnant,some home pregnancy tests are more sensitive and could detect pregnancy up to a wk prior to the next period, so you can purchase one of those or go to ur doctor's office and ask for blood B-HCG (possibly better result for you if period is irregular). In six weeks. with Depo-Provera there is a an additional two weeks of protection after the 12 weeks. under ideal circumstances it would take another two weeks before a woman coming off of Depol ovulates, and then another two weeks before she would anticipate her next menstrual period. after that I would repeat the pregnancy test on the weekly basisor wait until there are clinical signs like morning sickness.
