Using OTC cream will my funges on my toe heal? Will the nail ever grown back together or will it remain hallow? Can I spread by the shower?

In brief: It should grow back

If the nail is missing, it should grow back.
However, if it is a nail fungus, over the counter creams will generally not clear it up. You should consult your physician.

In brief: If the nail is

Hollow, it may be better to just have podiatrist remove the nail and then treat it topically.
At this point the nail is not normal anyway. Showering is necessary....And should not interfere. Just make sure to dry toes thoroughly.
