You have two cysts, the relevance of which is debatable. Endometriosis is uterine tissue outside the uterus. Endometrioma is growth of uterine smooth muscle.
Cysts. Cysts over 6cm in size are concerning because they may twist on the blood supply (ovarian torsion). Hypoechoic just means most likely fluid. It is probably time to discuss surgical management of these cysts.
