Eating 5000 calories equals gaining one pound of body wight.
We burn about 1500 calories per day with normal activities. To lose 5 pounds in a week would be only temporary water weight loss and is unhealthy too. Jogging for 30 minutes equals only about 250 calories burned. You would have to jog all day and eat nothing. Not a good idea.

Make sure you exercise at least 90 minutes a day, don't skip meals, avoid soda, juice, dairy, alcohol and fried foods.
Eat a healthy well balanced diet! also water, organic vegetable broth, green leafy vegetables, natural pickles, apples are great to fill you up so you dont feel hungry and they are very low in calories.
