If 20/20 vision is achieved in the amblyopic eye, does it mean that the amblyopia is resolved? Will the vision still be blurry?

Unless there is an . intermittent turning of the eye or her amblyopia recurs after eye muscle surgery, as it does infrequently, 20/20 vision is perfect . Continue to follow up periodically with her pediatric Ophthalmologist.
Yes. 20/20 vision and amblyopia are mutually exclusive terms. It is possible to have 20/20 vision in both eyes and not have a normal binocular interaction, i.e. lack of stereo vision or even strabismus (crossed or divergent).
