Sensitive African skin. Using decocort cream for face but pimples leave scars and have a bit of acne in the T-zone. What can I use to fix it?

Wrong question. This cream contains hydrocortisone and miconazole. It is of no value for acne, might make it worse.There are very effective therapies for acne. If you can consult a dermatologist, do so. You can try BENZOYL PEROXIDE gel 2% or 5%. Acne is not your fault. It is not dirt or diet or stress. It is a matter of hormones and genetics.
