Most are from the nasal septum which gets dried up in hot and dry weather. In such case nasal saline spray or gel 2-4 x daily on the septum may help. If the problem persists, your doc can cauterize the bleeding points. If you have a blood disorder (coagulation disorder), then the solution would be more complex. Avoid aspirin for now.
