Sharp constant pain on left upper abdomen. Is it cancer or acid reflux?

Sharp pain LUQ. For how long? More likely reflux with or with out H pylori, also could be esosinophilic esophagitis or esophagitis, gastritis or even constipation, rarely pulmnary issues including clot but would have ti evaluated . F/u with doc today as a clot is a major issue.
