I had 2 negative tests for chlamydia during pregnancy & 2 positive tests a month after giving birth. How can this be with no sex at all between tests?

In brief: False test results?

Most likely the test(s) during pregnancy missed your infection.
No lab tests are perfect, but false negative is more common than false positive. To be entirely safe, you and your husband (or other sex partners) should be treated for chlamydia. Your baby's pediatrician also should be told about your test result, so the baby can be checked and perhaps treated.
