My heart beat pounds upon standing, shoots up real fast too, 110bpm or more. Why does it do this? Typical resting rate is 56-70 for me. V-tach? A-fib?

Normal Physio. In most people, going from the sitting/lying position to standing will cause the heart rate to go up as a normal response to a change in position to keep blood flowing everywhere, including the brain. Hydration status, current medications, supplements, etc. can all play a role in how noticeable this increase in heart rate is. Would need more info to figure out if there is something else going on.
