Is it likely that I will be prescribed Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) XR for concentration if I ask? I'm in the UK and don't have ADD or ADHD

ADHD meds. I would assume any MD would be rather cautious about prescribing ADHD meds so easily. They can be abused and should not be prescribed to people based solely upon a complaint about concentration difficulties. There are many reasons why concentration would be a problem and they should be checked out before prescribing meds.
